White Sand Lake is known for its clear water, gradual sandy bottom, solid fishing, and easy boating, making it a popular choice in the Baxter and Nisswa area.

The home is just minutes from Baxter and Nisswa, providing convenient access to shopping, dining, golf courses, trails, and local attractions—while still offering peaceful lakefront living.

Main Living Area (Upper Level)

The main living space is located on the upper level and is designed for comfort, gathering, and lake views. This level includes:
