Property Description

Out of respect for the neighbors, please do not book this space for bachelorette/bachelor parties or any party with excessive noise. This home is located in a residential area within the Baxter City limits.

This newly remodeled home has a beautiful lakefront view with a private sand beach for relaxing!

White Sand Lake is great for fishing, boating, and any other fun recreational water activities. Situated right in Baxter Minnesota, the heart of cabin country, you have the convenience of grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and a wide variety of entertainment in very close proximity to the cabin.

At the same time, you will feel still feel the relaxing and peaceful comforts of an up north cabin getaway!

The inside of the cabin includes a fully renovated modern kitchen, four smart TVs throughout the home, an indoor movie theater. We also have a very cool heated game room in the garage featuring three TVs and a bar.

Outside provides a large yard, ready to be filled with a variety of yard games provided including badminton and volleyball. A large deck with new grill is perfect for family BBQ’s and looking out at the amazing waterfront. This cabin also includes a stand-up paddle board and canoe for use.

The space

The Space:

The upstairs has two completely renovated bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king bed in the main bedroom with a half bath attached and a queen in the second bedroom.

The downstairs includes three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is filled with two complete twin bunks beds and is known as the “Space Camp”! You’ll feel out of this world sleeping there! The second bedroom has a queen and a twin over twin bunk bed. Lastly, there is one more bedroom downstairs with a queen bedroom.

There is also plenty of room throughout the home for overflow sleeping. Whether you would like to set up an air mattress (one can be provided) or sleep on the large couches.

Please note: We welcome groups, but are not looking to have parties of any kind hosted at this property. This home is located in a neighborhood and the owners do have a noise meter installed to notify management in real time if the noise level is constant and at a decibel that will bother the their neighbors.

Note: Due to maintenance, liability, and insurance we unfortunately cannot allow guests to use the fireplace at this time.

You will receive a welcome email with a ton of information 5 days before your check in date. Please call or text anytime with questions. You will also receive a link to a website with a lot of information and videos so you can fully prepare for your stay!

Note: MN RE&M emails out a basic STR agreement and Waiver of Liability upon booking. We require that the guest signs the agreement within 72 of creating the booking. Please contact us with questions.
